Returns

All Warranty Claims and Returns Require a Return Authorization Number
Contact Us Before Returning Any Items

The customer must return (at their expense and after receiving a Return Authorization #) the defective part or snowshoe to the manufacturer or Snowshoes Canada who will send the replacement part or the replacing snowshoe to the customer. Any costs of repairing the snowshoes or poles that is not covered under warranty are the customers' responsibility. The manufacturer or the customer pays the cost of the return shipping to the buyer.
The warranty does not cover loss of nuts, bolts, washers, screws on the snowshoes or "baskets" on the poles.
We (Snowshoes Canada.com) reserves the right to use its discretion in approving any warranty claim.

All snowshoes, bindings and accessories being returned must contain all the original materials and tags that were shipped. The snowshoes, bindings and accessories must not be used and still have all the original tags and packaging. It may only be returned if upon delivery, the product is found defective.
Snowshoes Canada must be notified at rhdistibuting@xplornet.com within 10 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund. If the problem was our fault all charges, including shipping, will be covered by us otherwise there will be a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges may be made at the customers request if all shipping and restocking fees are paid by them. However if we send you the wrong product, we will exchange it at no cost to you.
